Bishop Stephen reflected, ‘It was a great joy to be in Karlstad last weekend for the ordination of two new priests and one new deacon. It is always an inspiration and encouragement to be present at an ordination service and to witness new ministers pledging their lives in the service of the gospel. During a beautiful liturgy Bishop Esbjorn reminded us of Christ’s call to ‘come and see’, and how these words were echoed in the way the first disciples invited others to Jesus”.

Bishop Stephen joined Father Richard to mark ten years of ministry among the people of Old Heath.
Father Richard commented: “I immediately fell in love with Old Heath and here I am ten years later. God certainly knew what he was up to”.
